The bathtub worm farm under the house hadn’t been harvested for a while so I thought it was time to collect some castings & worms.. The castings will be going out into the patch as fertiliser on the beds & some will be used to make worm cast tea liquid fertiliser.. A few worms were also collected from the castings this time.. They will be added to a compost heap we have on the go at the moment & think they will help process it into a finer, better quality plant food in the end..
Was also time to split the remaining worm farm barrel under the Tahitian lime tree as the other 2 had been used in feeding up a few garden beds.. Is really easy to do & thought I should drag you along for a bit of a look.
