Rosella Syrup Last Harvest for 2017
Hi Folks. Harvested the last of the rosella/sorrel ”fruit” from the wicking bed in the front yard this week and decided to turn them into syrup. Used the same basic recipe we used in the ”How to Grow Rosellas/Sorrel” clip where I also run through a few recipes we use the buds/calyxes in.
We didn’t use as much sugar in this batch of syrup & am very pleased with the results.
