I think keeping in nice & simple is the way to go when growing this plant.. A rich soil blend, a constant water supply & time is all you need really.. Am looking forward to harvest time so we can start to add them into stir fries & curries again 🙂
Just a note, these are Chinese water chestnuts (Eleocharis dulcis) not the water caltrop (Trapa natans)..
