Cleaned out the first of the 2 year old grow beds in the aquaponic system over the weekend.. There were a few folks that were interested in what they look like (muck & root wise in the base) so here you go 🙂
Was fairly happy with what I saw & smelt until I hit an anaerobic patch of media under the lavender..
Will be reusing this media to fill a new grow bed that will be going over the sump tank to replace the current one as the plastic is cracking..
