Vernalising garlic in a warm climate.. Straight from the fridge & into the wicking barrels..

Autumn is here so it’s time to plant out the garlic into our subtropical veggie patch.. Due to our warmer climate we vernalise/chill the garlic for a month before planting it out.. This helps to trick the garlic into thinking it’s been through a winter & gives us much better results in the past..
