Hi folks. Here’s a look at the Winter Sweet Potato Harvest. For those interested in seeing how we use our harvests, I’ve added on a quick recipe at the end using some of the taters to make up one of our favourite meals.
A harvest like this goes to show that there can be some ups & downs when it comes to growing your own food but are still excellent learning experiences to have under your belt.
